When Kevin Williams started the company back in January of 2000, he sought to start an appliance repair company that is reliable, affordable, and honest. Over 20 years later, we still have the same mission and have adhered to it since day one. Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the appliance industry and has mastered the process of streamlining and executing quality appliance repair services. Our mission is to provide the kind of service for you that we would want for ourselves and our loved ones.

Competitive Pricing
Excellent service for a fraction of the pricing. Many of our competitors have a service charge that starts at over $100. Our service charge is $85, plus, we don’t up-charge you for parts like many of our competitors.
Parts and Labor Warranty
We offer a one year parts and labor warranty on our service calls if you aren’t already covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If we install a faulty part, we won’t charge you for another one.
Above & Beyond Customer Service
If our team member says they will call you back later in the day, they will. We promise to keep you informed and involved in the service process from day 1. If you encounter any problems during your time with us we will make things right.
